With these 2 cookie recipes you can seal you love inside it

One of the great parts of the occasion season is Christmas cookies. You love to make these cookies with your family and friends, your house will be filled with delicious flavor. Moreover, you may want to share these cookies with your next door neighbors. This year, do you want to do something new? 1. Gingerbread Men

This is classic cookie and it is very yummy to eat. You can bake a basket of gingerbread men, vacuum seal it and send it to your friends including the season greetings.

Materials:

  • 3 and 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of allspice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of melted shortening
  • 6 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 3/4 cup of molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup of brown sugar.

How to do:

  1. You prepare a large bowl to mix the ginger, cinnamon, flour, baking soda, salt, allspice and cloves.
  2. You prepare another bowl to combine the butter, molasses, shortening, egg and brown sugar.
  3. You pour the dry materials into the wet materials. You mix until it become a thick form of dough.
  4. You place this dough on a plastic sheet and you flatten it until it is approximately 0.5 inch thick. You use a plastic wrap to cover the dough and place it in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  5. You turn on the oven and set the temperature at 350 degrees. You place a baking sheet and parchment paper into the oven.
  6. You sprinkle a little flour onto clean surface and place a portion of dough on this surface. Now you press this dough portion until it is approximately a quarter of one inch thick. You create the form of gingerbread men by using a cookie cutter. You place each piece of cookie on the baking tray. You should keep apart one of other cookie approximately one inch.
  7. You bake for about 10 minutes.
  8. You let the cookie cool down and decorate it with icing. Before using the vacuum sealer, you should let it cool for more 20 minutes. You should use the PulseVac feature of the vacuum sealer to prevent the icing from crumbling.

2. Peanut Butter and Chocolate Drops

Is there anything better than sugar cookies? One of my favorite cookies is a sugar peanut butter with chocolate drops. I am sure that this recipe will be favourite food of anybody who eats it.

Materials:

  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup of white sugar and a little more to cover
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of shortening
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 3 and 1/2 cups of flour
  • 18 ounces of chocolate drops.

How to do:

  1. You turn on the oven and set the temperature at 375 degrees.
  2. In one bowl, you mix the peanut butter, sugars and shortening together until the materials become a consistently cream. Then, you add in the bowl more milk, vanilla and eggs, and you continue to stir all the materials for a while.
  3. Now, you add the last materials: flour, salt and baking soda. You stir it well.
  4. You form this dough into few balls by a tablespoon. You use the white sugar to roll each ball and you place these balls on a baking tray and let it apart each ball approximately one inch.
  5. You bake it for about 10 minutes. When you take the baking tray out of the oven, you press chocolate drop on the center of every cookies.
  6. You should let the cookies cool down before vacuum sealing and eating.
