There's a reason that Minnesota lake vacations continue to be a time-honored tradition for many families and we're proud to offer accommodations that are enjoyed by guests of all ages and interests.

In the 11+ years we've been here, guests tell us their favorite things at Jessie View are the cleanliness of the cabins, the great fishing, the beauty of the starry nights, and the space their children have to play and just 'be kids'. We've also witnessed the magic that comes with putting a fishing pole in the hands of a child and watching them catch their first fish.

We have seven new or remodeled housekeeping cabins with spacious layouts to make everyone feel comfortable. They all feature full kitchens with stoves, refrigerators, dishes and cooking utensils, microwaves, coffee pots, baths with showers and complete bed linens. The new deluxe Minnesota Lake Side Cabins, #6 & #7, also have extras like dishwashers, A/C, TV, fireplaces and two baths (one with tub/shower). Cabins 1 and 2 have screen porches and Cabin 6 and 7 have 3-season porches.

Each of our Minnesota Cabins has a picnic table and charcoal grill and come with a dock slip for your boat or rental boat (basic rental boats are free with cabin rentals, but must be reserved).

We provide dish towels, dish soap and hand soap, but please bring your own bath towels and personal items (soap, shampoo, etc.) NEW IN 2010: For those of you that may not want to pack bath towels, we now have a towel lease program! (See below for details). Please respect the check-in (3 pm)/check-out (10 am) times so we can give each unit the utmost care between visits.

3-night minimum in the Spring/Summer/Fall. 2-night minimum in the Winter. LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS: 2-night stays may be accepted on reservations made 2-14 days in advance of stay. Contact us for rates.

TOWEL LEASE PROGRAM: Jessie View is a traditional Minnesota housekeeping resort that believes your money is best spent on comfortable, family-size lakefront lodging and unique amenities that hotels just can't offer. That's why our rates don't include daily maid service or bath towels. However, we know how much space bath towels can take up in a suitcase and who wants to pack up wet towels when you leave?? So, as a win-win solution, bath towel sets consisting of 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth are available for rent during your stay. The refundable deposit is $10, and each set costs $5. You may choose to rent one set for your entire stay or return it to the office and rent another set as often as you choose. At the end of your stay, simply return the set to the office and the $10 deposit will be returned to you, provided the towels are not damaged or permanently stained. TOWEL SUPPLIES MAY BE LIMITED, so please reserve these in advance to ensure they'll be available when you arrive.
